How we think
about real estate & infrastructure.

Real estate is the longest-dated bet a family can make. We have been making it since 1954.

We develop residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and civic-infrastructure assets, and we operate the platform that delivers them. Our work moves between greenfield development, public-private partnerships and complex urban retrofits.

The unifying thread is patience. Our average asset hold sits at fourteen years, and most of what we build is still ours a decade after handover.
